PLEASE Remember:
1.To keep Garage Doors closed.
2. ALL Pets must ALWAYS be held on a leash, Pets are NEVER allowed on the Riverside, and are ONLY allowed to do their business in grass area across the main road(behind Stoney Creek). ALL pet "poop" MUST immediately be picked up.
3. No Parking on any Grass at any time.
4. No changes can be made to the exterior or to the outside of any unit, garage, or deck without a previously approved written Change Order.
